This innovative project combines agriculture, health and the environment through a “One Health” approach.
By developing most of the lowlands of Zouan-Hounien, Blolequin and Guiglo for rice farming, MSA helps reduce the larval habitats responsible for malaria, clear waste that causes diarrhoeal diseases and develop a profitable agricultural sector.
The project plans to produce 850 tonnes of rice over three years, generating more than 331 million FCFA in revenues, while sustainably improving the health conditions of the local populations.
