Livelihoods Restoration Project (Lafigué)

In a context shaped by illegal gold panning, land degradation and population precariousness, MSA supports the communities affected by the Lafigué mining project to revive their economic activities.

Through a complete system combining agricultural land development, input supply, training and cooperative structuring, the project has brought 48 hectares into production and significantly improved average rice yields from 2 to 4 tonnes per hectare.

MSA has also supported complementary activities such as poultry farming, contributing to the progressive empowerment of nearly 100 beneficiaries.
